Outland Blacksmithing

You can reach Skill 75 in 3 ways. It’s up to you which one you choose. First you should check how much reputation you have with the Aldor or the Scryers. The choice of the faction in Shattrath is made after the quest City of Light.

If you haven’t done the Shattrath start quest yet, find Haggard War Veteran and accept the quest A’dal. Once this is finished, you will get the quest City of Light from Archmage Khadgar. It takes 8-9 minutes. You follow Khadgar’s servant through Shattrath. Don’t get too far away from him.

When you are done, you can choose between Allegiance to the Aldor or Allegiance to the Scryers. If you have a quest addon, turn it off, otherwise it will automatically choose the first faction for you (Aldor).

Scryer-Recipes

If you have chosen the Scryers, you still have to farm a bit of reputation to buy the recipes. (Only Blood Elves can buy them directly). To gain reputation you can bring 10 x  Sunfury Signet (250 Reputation) or 1 x Arcane Tome (350 Reputation) to Magistrix Fyalenn.

To go from Neutral to Respectful you will need 840 Sunfury Signet or 60 Arcane Tome.

  7 x  Enchanted Adamantite Belt
  (14 Hardened Adamantite Bar (280 Adamantite Bar), 56 Arcane Dust, 14 Large Prismatic Shard)

Plans: Enchanted Adamantite Belt is sold by Quartermaster Enuril if you are Friendly with the Scryers.
Hardened Adamantite Bar is created with the Mining Profession and costs 10 Adamantite Bar (20 Adamantite Ore) per Craft.

  10 x  Enchanted Adamantite Breastplate
  (40 Hardened Adamantite Bar (800 Adamantite Ore), 200 Arcane Dust, 40 Large Prismatic Shard)

Recipe is sold by Quartermaster Enuril if you are Revered with the Scryers.

Aldor-Recipes

You only need to become Honored with the Aldor and you only need one recipe to skill. To farm the reputation you can hand in 10 Mark of Sargeras (250 Reputation) to Adyen the Lightwarden or 1 Fel Armament to Ishanah (350 Reputation).

To go from Neutral to Honored you need a total of 360 Mark of Sargeras or 26 Fel Armament.

  (136 Fel Iron Bar, 68 Primal Water, 68 Primal Fire)

Recipes from Dungeons

There are only two recipes: Felsteel Gloves or Earthpeace Breastplate.
The chest requires blacksmithing 70, so you definitely need to farm both.

• Plans: Felsteel Gloves – Auchenai Monk, Dungeon: Auchenai Crypts.

The drop rate is relatively high, so it shouldn’t take you too much time.

60 – 70
10 x  Felsteel Gloves (60 Felsteel Bar)

70 – 75
You can proceed with Felsteel Gloves or siwtch to Earthpeace Breastplate if you farmed the recipe.

10 x  Earthpeace Breastplate (40 Hardened Adamantite Bar (800 Adamantite Ore), 60 Primal Life, 40 Primal Earth)
